As a Business Operations Specialist (B.O.S.) I help businesses become more efficient and operate more effectively.

That can be accomplished by computerizing your business (in full or partially). If your business is already computerized I can analyze your inventory and/or current procedures and develop recommendations for new methods to simplify tasks.

If you have more than one retail store maybe standardization of procedures is needed.

Any new procedure, once agreed upon, will be implemented. This could include creating new forms or reports, and providing the appropriate training and documentation.

If you are:

	Computerizing your business for the first time;
	Upgrading to a new system;
	Using a PC to help with some tasks but need to learn more, or
	Not fully utilizing your current system
